Join the Pennsylvania Labor History Society

Founded in 1973, the Pennsylvania Labor History Society (PLHS) is an organization that focuses on documenting and commemorating the history of working women and working men and their labor struggles in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

All PLHS members are volunteers and most are current and retired steelworkers, coal miners, postal workers, teachers, social workers, factory operators, office workers, textile workers, hotel and motel workers, and other workers and high school and college students. Membership is $10 for retirees, $20 for individual members, $40 per organization or $100 for a lifetime membership.

Make check or money order payable to the Pennsylvania Labor History Society. Mail check or money order along with registration form to:
